Henry Miketa is the founder and president of Athos Capital Advisors. He began his career at Monticello Associates, a premier investment advisory firm managing over $120 billion in assets for endowments, foundations, and family offices. During his tenure, Henry developed deep expertise across various asset classes and honed his skills in constructing diversified portfolios tailored to institutional needs.
Henry holds a master’s degree in Finance and bachelors degree in International Studies from the University of Denver, where he also played on the men's lacrosse team. His academic and athletic experiences instilled in him the discipline and strategic thinking that he brings to his investment approach.
Recognizing that many individual investors were still adhering to outdated investment models, Henry established Athos Capital Advisors with the vision of democratizing access to institutional-quality investment strategies. His commitment is to provide individual clients with the same level of diligence, expertise, and service that are available to some of the world's most sophisticated institutional investors.
Mahdieh Maleki
Operational Excellence and Client Support
Mahdieh joined Athos Capital Advisors in 2023 and plays a key role in supporting the firm’s operations and client experience. As Executive Assistant, she works closely with the Founder and CEO, Henry, to ensure seamless coordination across administrative, operational, and client-focused initiatives. With a strong commitment to service and precision, Mahdieh helps manage client portfolios, communications, and day-to-day processes that keep the firm running efficiently.
Mahdieh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and a Master’s in Information Technology Management, bringing both technical insight and strategic thinking to her role. With over five years of project management experience, she adds structure, organization, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every aspect of her work.
Her passion for helping clients navigate their financial journey, combined with her attention to detail and proactive mindset, makes her an invaluable member of the Athos team.
